Light Dispels Darkness
The world is in darkness, and the people, just look at the news.
BUT, there is always a BUT with God.
BUT, He will rise over you, His glory WILL BE SEEN on you.
That is not you doing it. Light always dispels darkness.
It means that you will not be affected by the darkness.
Recession? - I am not participating.
